Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven't given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that's not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It's now being completely replaced (I've had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
