A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All in all, great value for money. My mum was very happy with the work ethic and outcome. If she’s happy so I was very happy. We’ll definitely be calling them back in at a later date.

Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. Did a good professional and efficient installation. Communication was a bit slow, it took a while to get the job booked in, I appreciate as it was a small job it was fitted in around other commitments. I’m sure that’s something that can be improved upon and I’d definitely consider using again.

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
