We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

He was incredibly polite and very helpful and even found me a kitchen fitter for another job. The team came in a practically did the whole house ceilings in two days. (L.M plastering and building) My name is Laurence Maisey and I have been in the building trade for over 12 years. During this time, I have worked on many projects ( both in the UK and abroad) which include new builds (some large developments) and extensive renovation work on older properties. I have also worked in the social housing industry on a Reactive Response team. My expertise lies in plastering, but I am also a multi-skilled engineer and can turn my hand to almost any building work. I have many references from past employers who will verify the fact that my work is to a very high standard and that I am a clean and tidy worker. I will take on any project no matter how big or small.
Laurence’s workmanship was excellent:. The job was to skim a heavily Artexed ceiling and to feather in at the edges to avoid changing the coving and yet leave a nice edge profile visible on the coving. I waited to post a rating so that I could see the ceiling dry and apply a mist (dilute) coat of paint to the plaster. That reveals any issues. I’m pleased to say the quality is excellent -no problems at all and will be working with Laurence in the future.
