This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
