This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
