Tom from Pink Hippo Tree Surgery did an excellent job. He arrived early, was polite, and very professional, handling even a difficult and aggressive neighbour calmly and firmly. He skilfully thinned a large silver birch overhanging our garden, cut back an overgrown Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and trimmed other trees. He cleared a large amount of waste and left everything tidy. Edward was fast to reply and arrived at the earliest opportunity. He fixed my door handle, then went to my mum’s house where he fitted a light, cleared the guttering, fit a new toilet seat and replaced the flush handle. All done quickly and with a friendly manner. I don’t hesitate to recommend him!

I had about 55 packed boxes to be removed from Neasden (NW10 0AW) to a storage facility in Romford. My flat was on the first floor. They were put on the van, brought into the facility and stacked in the there quickly and efficiently. I had to go with the van so that they could access the facility. I’m unlikely to use them for this purpose again but I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a similar job done.

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
