Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! Terrible experience. The guttering installation was substandard—uneven, leaking badly, and incomplete. Despite a second visit, the "repairs" did not hold. Additionally, the lack of site etiquette with neighbors reporting offensive language throughout the day. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for competent or respectful tradespeople. Tried to get in touch to see if they wanted to try another repair but ignored. Wish I could upload pics...
