Very professional and flexible to our time frame. We felt confident from the beginning that Tomlinson Services would meet our requirements. There was a slight problem during the installation but Tomlinson Services made an extra site visit on a weekend to resolve it at no extra charge. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.
