I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.

I can't rate Josh enough. He came round looked at what work needed to be done and sent through the quote the same day. He turned up on the day with another guy the weather was terrible came up against quite a few issues but they still got the job done to a very high standard. Any other electrical work I need done I will not hesitate to contact him.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Agreed a price and before doing the job already trying to renegotiate the price up another £50. Turned up 30mins late. Then tried to say the load was more than picture and video. In fact was less as emptied bags into garden waste bin. Tried to renegotiate the price up £50 again, already had half a load in their van. Finally filled their van up. Left a load of rubbish in the front garden including glass that they smashed up and tried to hide. Just had to pick it up as have a dog and young children. Licence??
