Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Workmanship was of the highest standard and he maintained open lines of communication at all times which kept us reassured. Highly recommended and the first person we will call for all future work. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
