My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. The Project Manager is as good as his word, and agreed the price as an all in quote, so no surprises, as the roof was replaced within the agreed budget. . Paid in arrears - once the works were complete Excellent team of people, who replaced the roof within the week. Very little mess.
Arrival roofing turned up and explained what needed doing to my roof . I was shown photographs of previous work carried out by them . We hired arrival roofing to do the work they turned up on time and did the work as explained and when finished left the place clean and tidy .
