He arrived on time, he fixed my problem in good time and he was professional, courteous and friendly at all times. Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Carpenter by preference but do most general building work with over 30 years experience from fitting a door to complete new build. I always leave the site clean and tidy. I take every job seriously as I know how important even the smallest job can be.
A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly.
