The removal of the chimney was straight forward with the team working harmoniously. The roofing subcontractors followed and the job was completed to full satisfaction in a couple of days with any queries speedily and happily resolved through Tom and his team. Having work done is never 'stress free' (and roofers oft get a bad press) but Baileys Roofing deserve much praise for their work and their strong commitment to giving customer satisfaction. As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .
