Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. other end, this is to be removed and straightened up. Bricks above the new external lintel appear to have become loose and stuck back in with expanding foam. Workmanship regarding the window and lintel installation on site is extremely poor. Please book another inspection once the issues above have been resolved.
