Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable. insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

These guys were amazing , one of my sash window dropped out , they collected it within a day and delivered and fitted back within two weeks! Fair price considering the size and will be asking them back to refurbish others!

I posted the job with my budget when Shane arrived (several hours later than he initially specified) his quote was significantly higher than my budget so the work never took place. He later revised the quote so I booked him for the job. He never showed up on the revised date, rescheduled and never showed up again and didn't return my messages. A complete waste of my time.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
