Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. Kurtis did a good job (although we had to repeatedly chase work cert) and so invited him for further work Dec 2024. Again work excellent but an outside PIR light he fitted failed to work correctly. In spite of numerous texts to him re the faulty light and again lack of cert he has failed to repair it and simply ignores further contact. All very well doing good work and appearing to be a nice guy but follow up is appalling. Will never use him again, not trustworthy. Don't trust that he will return to correct
