I am a quality installer that takes pride in my work and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. I have ten years experience in my trade. I specialise in bathroom fitting but undergo many trades such as plumbing and tiling.
Ethan is a really friendly, down to earth guy. Came and gave us a quote to fix a leak in our shower pipes, retile and fit a new shower without ever making me feel like we had to give him the job. Very reasonably priced and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone!
We’re a small company based in the cardiff area, 20 years experience in the electrical industry. We take pride in what we do and offer a wide selection of services in electrical installations.
Kurtis did a good job (although we had to repeatedly chase work cert) and so invited him for further work Dec 2024. Again work excellent but an outside PIR light he fitted failed to work correctly. In spite of numerous texts to him re the faulty light and again lack of cert he has failed to repair it and simply ignores further contact. All very well doing good work and appearing to be a nice guy but follow up is appalling. Will never use him again, not trustworthy. Don't trust that he will return to correct

Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. The work was finished in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Due to distance and other commitments I wasn't able to be on site very much, but he is more than able to get on with the job by himself and is highly trustworthy.
