The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. The roofer, Lewis Brown of Flowright Plumbing and roofing, did the job, I paid him the money, the next day the roof was still leaking as bad as ever. I told the roofer but he has refused to come back and fix it.

They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
