Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. We do all aspects of bathrooms and minor building works, we take pride in our work and enjoy leaving the customers with a smile on their faces.
Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian
