John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. Absolutely amazing! My electric shower just randomly stopped working and kept cutting the power in the house. Rhys quickly responded to the advert and found the reasoning immediately and was able to get it sorted after the weekend. He got straight to work, replacing the unit as a whole and it now works like charm! Only issue is it not as warm as I'd like it to be, but again Rhys to the rescue said he can sort it after boxing day! Absolutely amazing company and employees!

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!
